Yet how many of us allow the negative thoughts to seep into our minds?
Take notice of your thoughts – through out the day and if awake, at night. Take note of what the thoughts are. Are they positive? Are they encouraging? Do they give you inspiration?
do they foster doubt, indecision, and fear??
How to get rid of those negative thoughts:
Affirmations. Yes, I did say affirmations, and here is why. There is a gap or a pause, before you fill your mind with a thought…insert the positive thought!
If you aren’t taking care of what you are filling your mind with, it will revert to what has been programed in before, or what you watched on tv last night, or most likely your worries and fears...what ever is carrying the most emotional impact in your life right now.
So put in the positive thoughts…and use the affirmation…affirming what you desire in your life.
But, to use the affirmation right it needs to be personal to you and to carry emotional weight. Just rambling off an affirmation will not make an impact. If, however, this is an affirmation that you came up with, in your words, and really means something to you…it right away can shift your attitude, shift your focus.
